Erika Padilla

After years in the managed care industry and caring for her own parents through multiple surgeries and medical events, Erika saw the critical need for a transportation service that offered more than just a ride. Too often, her family experienced delays, poor communication and a lack of compassion or care.

Circle of Care was created to change that with the founding principle of providing reliable transportation with dignity, advocacy and the warmth of an extended family.

Nilda Cates

Nilda’s caregiving journey began at 11 years old when she found herself caring for her mother with minimal support. Dealing with the complex world of healthcare far too young, she faced confusion and the overwhelming sense of being alone. These experiences gave her insight into the emotional and logistical challenges families face when navigating complex care systems.

Throughout her career in the healthcare industry including leading home health, post-acute and specialty services in managed care, Nilda brought her personal experience as a caregiver to the forefront. Advocating for practical, compassionate solutions, she is now the founder of a transportation company that is committed to bridging the gaps she once struggled with.
